We take pride in offering high-quality products created with care and purpose.
Because most of our items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds unless:
The item arrives damaged
The item arrives defective
The item is incorrect due to our error
To request a replacement:
1. Email us at support@empowerinspirecoaching.com
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
3. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no cost.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Empower Inspire Coaching LLC is committed to providing supportive, respectful, and transparent coaching services. The following policy is designed to create clarity, protect both parties, and ensure a positive coaching experience.
COACHING SERVICES POLICY - Empower Inspire Coaching LLC
Nature of Services
Empower Inspire Coaching LLC provides coaching services focused on personal development, encouragement, life insight, and motivation. Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, and do not replace licensed professional services.
All coaching services are offered as guidance and support only. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual participation, effort, and circumstances.
Service Delivery
All coaching services are provided remotely through one of the following platforms: YouTube (private or scheduled sessions), Zoom, or Phone. No in-person services are offered at this time.
Booking & Response Time
After requesting coaching services and submitting the required contract or intake form, clients will be contacted within 24–48 business hours using the contact information provided on the form. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and accessible.
Scheduling & Attendance
Coaching sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time. Sessions will begin and end as scheduled. Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
Cancellation & Late Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session, at the discretion of Empower Inspire Coaching LLC. Missed sessions without notice (“no-shows”) are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Fees & Payments
All coaching services are non-refundable. Once a coaching session or package is purchased or booked, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. Fees apply to time reserved, preparation, and availability, regardless of attendance.
Free Services & YouTube Specials
From time to time, Empower Inspire Coaching LLC may offer free services, promotional sessions, YouTube specials, or limited-time coaching opportunities. These offerings are subject to availability, limited in quantity and duration, not guaranteed, not exchangeable for paid services, and not eligible for refunds or future credits.
Individual & Group Events
Clients who schedule individual or group coaching events are expected to attend as agreed. Failure to attend or participate does not entitle the client to refunds, credits, or rescheduling unless otherwise approved in writing.
Communication & Contact Information
All contact information provided by clients is used strictly for business purposes only, including scheduling, service communication, and coaching-related correspondence. Empower Inspire Coaching LLC does not sell or misuse client contact information.
Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and that results are not guaranteed. Empower Inspire Coaching LLC is not responsible for decisions made by clients during or after coaching services.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, booking, or participating in any coaching service offered by Empower Inspire Coaching LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Coaching Services Policy.
